Between the Possible and the Impossible

"Okay, no more impossible relationship for you!" said I recently to myself. "Stand straight up, and head up only for the possible ones."

But, relationship's issues aside, how do you measure or separate the possible from the impossible anyway? It always has been against my best judgement to think something as impossible. I believe if we try, and pray, we can do whatever we want to do. So, how do you set the boundaries, and then firmly decide that this one is possible and the other is not?

Again, today, I saw a TV program saying that, "You just have to know to quit. Dekinai koto wa dekinai yo! Chanto mitomete kudasai!" said the lady on screen, after telling the audience how she had to suffered a whole evening because she forced herself to wear a kimono with its VERY tight obi.

After hearing her, I nod for myself... "hmmm... that does makes sense..." remembering myself, declining some jobs that I thought I wouldn't have the time to handle...

But, after that, a man took turn and then said something I have always believed all my life, "If you think you can, then you can!" Thus started the whole talk about "how your mind is your magnet"-sounded alike-topic...

Huaaa... hence, the contradiction AGAIN...

When to quit and when to proceed? Anyone??

Olá dear Chihiro,

I beg your allowance to write on your post, after all this can problably be for friends and family.
Well...I think that the line that saparates the "possible" and "impossible" is almost invisible. There are many cases considered absurds and just happened, being in this case "possible". And goes on the life.
How was the chance or possibility for a brazilian write exactly today on your post? I do not know. you even thought on this subject.
So is the life and the ways of "possible and impossible".
With my most sicere wishes for a wonderful sunday to you and family.
